Studio 0202 is the home of Diana Pink, a Berkeley, California based designer. She earned a B.S. in Landscape Architecture from Washington State University. Diana has worked within both the public and private sector in Kansas City, Seattle and the Bay Area. Always up for a challenge, she has worked on a variety of projects from the very large to the very small, including ski resorts, affordable housing, school campus design, and residential gardens.
Diana believes firmly in making places for people, and that acknowledge their surroundings. She is inspired by the motto “Don’t make something unless it is both necessary and useful; but if it is both necessary and useful, don’t hesitate to make it beautiful.” Diana draws inspiration from the simplicity of modern architecture, the structure of graphic design, and the color and whimsy of urban art. She loves to play with form, texture and color.
Currently, Diana is temporarily living and studying in Bangkok, Thailand, exploring the cultures of Southeast Asia. She has quickly fallen for the lively street culture (and the food!) and has become obsessed with shophouse architecture.
Diana is available for freelance graphic or design projects.
